Milan Fashion Week took place in February 2017 with all those trends running down the stores already. Therefore, we are getting closer and closer to the fashion board of the Fall Winter 2017 Fashion Trends.
First, we got to see the Fall Winter 2017 Fashion Trends from London Fashion Week and then, on February 28, we got to see the Milan’s. The runways were full of colors and eclectic style from Versace, Gucci, Max Mara, Dolce&Gabbana, Prada, Bottega Veneta, Fendi, Valentin, Marni, Etro, and a lot more.
Enough with the talk! Here are the most important Fall Winter 2017 trends from Milan Fashion Week.
#1. Red Is The New Red
Aha! That’s exactly why Viola Davis and Ruth Negga wore red at the Oscars. The models on the runway were covered in the color of the passion for the 2017 Fall season. We could see this trend in Milan but also in London. Therefore, red is not a glamorous color anymore! You should wear it in the Street Style outfits.

#2. Leather Is The Second Skin
We all know that, from The BIG 4, Milan sets the boldest trends of all! Either it’s natural or not, leather is a must have during the 2017 cold season. The unusual thing would be the designs made of leather and the innovative approaches using it. This time, we could see it in office looks (deux-pieces), blazers and bold all-leather-outfits. Bottega Veneta developed quite an attitude for that!

#3. The Costume
Lately, the masculine cut took over the feminine looks. Fashionistas all over the world took clothes from their boyfriend’s closet. Everything changes with a deux-piece that highlights a girls’s figure but has a masculine cut.

#4. Clothing Items With Crystals
Crystals are glamurous. Why not include them in clothing items? It would be a revolutionary thing and we should take it, especially if Dolce&Gabbana says it. The catwalks have been “flooded” with crystals and precious stones meant to say a lot about the fashion trend for the 2017-2018 Fall Winter season.

#5. The ’70s Are Back
Yes. It’s true! The ’70s are back in business. After a long walk in the ’90s, a splash of the ’80s, we can see the ’70s with all those flare looks in womenswear and menswear. On the Milan’s runways we could see Earth colors, a lot of suede, flared pants, and not only.
